At least it doesn't say, "Oriental"
McDonald's's limited time offers- The McRib, the Shamrock Shake, and now apparently, the Asian Burrito. Although nowhere on the menu, witness the cousin to the burrito I featured on June 11th, 2011. This time, the little round sticker used to swaddle my breakfast proudly proclaims its ethnicity! After consuming this paragon of nutrition, I could only conclude that the integral though solitary part of the burrito that was Asian, was the sticker.
Go out and get yours today, before Disney puts it back in the vault.

World's Largest Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
I'm a hog. I know. So sue me. (Is that a stale expression yet?) But, around xmas 2011 I came across a particularly delectable novelty confection at my local Target store. I'm a fan of Reese's peanut butter cups, and hereabouts, you'll find them in all sizes and shapes.
This find consisted of the 'World's Largest Reese's Peanut Butter Cups'.
They were incredibly hefty. 10" (25.4cm) long package, with the regulation two (2) per. Each cup was 8oz. (227g), for a one pound total gorging.

The package cost $5 at that time, but have apparently, since then, skyrocketed in price and rarity.

On the Hershey's site, their planet of origin, they are "down" to either $14.95 or $12.95 (as of this posting), depending on how you interpret their confusing description.. down from $17.95

At this Amazon listing, they are hilariously seeking $28 and up for them.
Now I am spoiled and will not pay over $10 total for the thing, but still me want! I actually had to cut them into pieces like a cake.
Good idea, Reese's! True to fashion, Fall-of-the-Roman-Empire style hedonism for the Fall-of-the-American-Empire.

..But What Else Doesn't it Contain?
I had breakfast at McDonald's with a friend this morning.
Yes, I know we have better choices, but [fill in excuse here]. One breakfast burrito mummied up tight. I'm not exactly sure what it contained, but I've been successfully duped by their marketing department into perceiving the ingredients as something resembling scrambled eggs, sausage and cheese.
What I was surprised at was their apparent need to tell me what was *not* in the burrito, and what that something was...
